My rates are set to be fair, competitive, and sustainable—reflecting not just the time we spend together, but the care, attention, and consistency I bring to each connection. I work best in building long-term connections, where trust deepens over time and growth happens organically. I’m genuinely invested in the people I work with, their lives, and their journeys, and I approach every session with presence, respect, and intention.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all NEW clients (and all IN-CALL clients once my studio is ready) to confirm an appointment. Deposits are 20% of the total booking or $50, whichever is greater, and are credited toward the balance if the appointment is kept. Appointments are not held without a deposit and may be released if another inquiry secures the time.
Deposits may be transferred up to two times if rescheduled in advance. They become non-refundable if canceled without rescheduling or after the second reschedule.
For appointments requiring airfare or advance travel costs, reimbursement for those expenses is required instead of a deposit and is non-refundable.
My outcall rates are priced for travel within a 45-minute drive time or so; anything beyond that may incur a travel surcharge, though I typically waive the travel surcharge for extended appointments. Put plainly, a 2-3 hour drive does not make sense for an 1 hour appointment.

To help create a relaxed, grounded, and uninterrupted experience, I ask that the space be clean, private, and thoughtfully prepared. Clean bedding is essential, as I do not travel with a table due to a back injury. Please ensure that any pets are secured in another room or crated during our time together. For safety and presence, I also require that there be no smoking or substance use before or during the appointment.
These guidelines are in place to ensure we can both feel comfortable, focused, and at ease. If you have any questions about preparing your space, I’m happy to discuss them ahead of time.

Incall appointments are held in a private studio within my home, a calm, private space designed with comfort and care in mind. Because this is also my personal residence and shared with my family, protecting their privacy and safety (as well as my own) is deeply important to me.
These guidelines exist to keep my home a secure space while allowing me to offer my work with openness and ease. Incall appointments are therefore built on mutual trust and transparency. Clients are asked to be comfortable sharing accurate identifying information and completing screening in advance; if that doesn’t feel like the right fit, an incall appointment simply won’t be the best option for you, with an outcall session perhaps being the better fit.
