- NAME — I am not into the anonymous scene, so this is mandatory; if you don't trust me with this basic information, then we are not a match, and there's no point in you proceeding with the form any further.
- TELEPHONE NUMBER (or equivalent) — Although there are several platforms that we could use to message each other, my preferred platform is WhatsApp—I use the Business version; it has a ton of tools, which makes it easier for me to organize myself. If you are currently married/partnered and are afraid that your wife/husband will see the texts, there are other apps that can be downloaded on your phone that have the option of individual passcodes, such as WhatsApp, Signal, and Viber. If you don't want me to know your number, you can download Telegram, an app that allows you to connect via username without revealing your number.
